UK Standard Delivery

Your order will normally be delivered using Royal Mail or UPS, depending on the type of order and our fulfilment arrangements.

Royal Mail services may include Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Royal Mail 2nd Class.

Orders are normally dispatched within 24 hours of receiving your order, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

Standard delivery is normally 3–5 working days from placing your order, including dispatch time. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the delivery service, your postcode and circumstances outside our control.

Where tracking is available, your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

If you are not available to receive your parcel, the delivery provider may leave it with a neighbour or in a safe place where appropriate, or leave instructions for collection or redelivery.

UK Next Working Day Delivery

UK Next Working Day Delivery is £9.50.

Orders are normally sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 has a next-working-day delivery aim, rather than a guaranteed delivery time.

If you order by 2pm Monday to Thursday, your order will normally be processed for dispatch the same working day and is aimed for delivery on the following working day.

If you order before 2pm on Friday, your order will normally be processed and dispatched on Friday, with delivery normally expected on the following working day.

Orders placed after 2pm on Friday, or during the weekend, will normally be processed on the next working day.

Delivery times may vary depending on your postcode, the delivery provider and circumstances outside our control.

Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

If you are not available to receive your parcel, the delivery provider may leave it with a neighbour or in a safe place where appropriate, or leave instructions for collection or redelivery.

Bank Holidays

We do not normally process orders on weekends or UK bank holidays.

Orders placed during weekends or bank holidays will normally be processed on the next working day.

Delivery services may also operate differently around bank holidays, so please allow additional time for your order where necessary.

The delivery times stated above are estimates or delivery aims and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Nothing in this Shipping Policy affects your statutory consumer rights.

Delivery Address

Please make sure that your delivery address is correct when placing your order.

Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, please contact us so that we can discuss the available options.
