ABOUT THE PRODUCT

Moroccan Keratin Treatment is a professional Brazilian keratin treatment combining smoothing and hair restructuring with heat-activated KeraProtein technology.

The protein-based formula is activated by the heat of the straightening iron, helping to realign the hair fibre and create the desired smoother shape. It helps address porous areas within the hair, supporting a smoother-looking cuticle and improving the overall appearance, texture and manageability of the hair.

The treatment is designed to help smooth, strengthen and condition the hair fibre, leaving hair looking healthier, shinier and more polished while reducing the appearance of frizz and unwanted volume.

Moroccan Keratin is particularly suited to curly, frizzy, thick and unruly hair, but can be used across a range of hair types where smoothing, alignment or restructuring is desired.

With professional application and suitable aftercare, results can last approximately 10–14 weeks, depending on hair type, condition, porosity, washing frequency and lifestyle.

HOW TO USE

Professional use only.

1. Cleanse
Wash the hair thoroughly 2–3 times, ensuring all product residue is removed.

2. Rough-Dry
After shampooing, rough-dry the hair until it is approximately 80–90% dry.

3. Apply the Treatment
Divide the hair into 4 sections, beginning at the nape of the neck.

Working with small sections of approximately 0.5–1cm, apply the treatment from root to ends, leaving approximately 0.5cm between the product and scalp. Do not apply directly to the scalp.

Continue until all the hair is evenly covered, combing through periodically to distribute the product.

Leave to develop for 20–30 minutes, depending on the desired result.

4. Rinse & Treat
After the development time, rinse the hair thoroughly with water only.

Apply SOS Mask and leave for 6 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.

5. Apply Argan Oil & Blow-Dry
Apply a small amount of a good-quality Argan Oil - Renew Argan Oil is recommended.

Blow-dry the hair completely until 100% dry.

6. Seal with Heat
Divide the hair into small sections of approximately 0.5cm, beginning at the nape of the neck.

Using a professional straightening iron, pass over each section 7–8 times, working from root to ends, until the entire head has been completed.

AFTERCARE

To help maintain the treatment and maximise longevity, use a professional salt-free shampoo and conditioner designed for keratin-treated or chemically treated hair.

With suitable aftercare, results can last approximately 10–14 weeks

• Maintain approximately a 0.5cm gap from the scalp during application

• Rinse thoroughly after the development time

• Results vary according to hair type, condition, porosity and aftercare

• Do not colour the hair at the same time as the treatment

• Allow at least 1 week between the treatment and colouring

• The treatment may lift existing colour depending on the condition of the hair and the quality/type of colour product used
